2. Data storage
The data transmitted via the contact form will be saved in order to process your request. Processing takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Article 6. sec. 1a of the GDPR). A withdrawal of your already given consent is possible at any time. To have your data forgotten you need to contact our company by e-mail.
Data submitted via the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or we no longer need to back up your data.
3. Data transfer
A transmission of your personal data to third parties does not take place.
4. E-mail contact
On our website you can find our e-mail address and register for the course by contacting us directly. In this case, your personal data transmitted via e-mail will be stored. There is no disclosure of data to third parties in this context. The data is used exclusively for the purpose of delivering language courses.
5. Automated decision-making
There is no automated decision-making process, including profiling, according to Article 22 sec. 1 and 2 of the GDPR.
6. Rights of the user
As a user, you have the right to receive, on request, a free information about which personal data has been stored about you. You also have the right to correct false data and to restrict or delete your personal information. If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you can file a complaint with the appropriate regulatory agency.
7. Right to object
Users of this website can exercise their right of objection and object to the processing of their personal data at any time.
