Registration
To register, please fill out the registration form at the Contact and registration section.
You can also register by sending us the following information:
- First name and surname;
- Sex;
- Age;
- Nationality;
- Address, phone number, e-mail;
- Names and contact information (phone, e-mail address) of relatives or friends whom we may contact in case of emergency during your stay in Poland;
- Do you suffer from any chronic illnesses, allergies or disabilities we should be aware of?
- Working adult/Student/Unemployed/Other;
- Selected course dates;
- Level of Polish and/or previous contact with it. If you have already been learning Polish, please tell us where, for how long and how many hours a week;
- Accommodation requirements:
- Smoker/non-smoker
- Single room/double room/separate flat
- Would you tolerate animals in your accommodation place?
- (Optional) How did you learn about our school?
Regular registration deadline is 4 weeks before the session starts. Later registration will be accepted provided that there are still places available.
